  4. Slowest activity ever was running my first 5K. I got passed up by a 78-yr-old woman. I was the only one in my age group though, so I got a trophy.

  6. My slowest activity ever was creeping in traffic on I-95 South on Thanksgiving Weekend coming home...never again :)

  7. Slowest activity I've ever been involved in is emptying the dishwasher with my six year old son. He can drag out anything, but it still amazes me to find that what should be a ten minute chore has suddenly taken over an hour. Sigh.
